Don Felder Rushed Offstage, Now Recovering!

Former Eagles Guitarist Don Felder Rushed Offstage During Cruise Performance—Recovers After Medical Scare

Fans aboard the Rock Legends Cruise were in for a shock when Don Felder, former Eagles guitarist, was suddenly escorted offstage mid-performance due to a medical emergency.

Felder’s Scary Onstage Moment

During his set, Felder was introducing the Eagles’ classic Tequila Sunrise, sharing the inspiration behind the song. But just as he began strumming his guitar, he lost his balance and looked toward the crew for help. His bandmates and staff quickly rushed to his side, helping him offstage.

Health Update: Dehydration to Blame

Following the alarming moment, Felder’s team took to Instagram Stories to update fans.

“We appreciate everyone’s concern regarding Don Felder’s abrupt stop to his show last night on the Rock Legends Cruise,” the statement read. “After receiving medical attention, he was deemed to be suffering from dehydration. He was given fluids and is feeling much better.”

To ensure a full recovery, the rest of Felder’s cruise performances will be rescheduled, with his team playfully reminding fans: “Drink your water!”

Felder, who was a member of the Eagles from 1974 to 2001, played a key role in the band’s iconic sound and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1998.

Thankfully, this legendary guitarist is on the mend! Wishing Don Felder a speedy recovery.
