Travis Scott has opened up about one of the most memorable moments in his career, and it involves a special experience with his kids, Stormi and Aire. The rapper shared that walking through SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, with his two little ones before a gig was a moment he’ll never forget.
During an interview with Billboard, Travis recalled how Stormi, seven, and Aire, three, joined him backstage and even got on stage with him. “My son was like, ‘Yo, who’s performing here?’ My daughter was like, ‘Daddy!’ My son was like, ‘All these people.’ And I’m like, ‘Yeah, it’s going to be kind of turnt,'” Travis shared with a smile. He continued to describe how his daughter, Stormi, even started to describe the show in excitement.
The “Goosebumps” rapper added that walking through a stadium with his kids made him realize how far he’s come, especially since he’s always dreamed of performing in stadiums. “It was kind of cool to have the little ones understand and know what I’m doing,” he said, clearly cherishing the moment.
Travis also opened up about his daughter’s favorite songs. Shockingly, Stormi’s top pick is “Mamacita” from Travis’s 2014 mixtape Days Before Rodeo. “I still listen to that album, too. It just reassures me that I’m not f**king crazy,” he said. “That song’s turnt, and she loves it.”
Additionally, Stormi has found a new favorite: Travis’s 2023 track “Thank God,” where she even makes an appearance. “Her new favorite song is now ‘Thank God.’ I don’t know if it’s because she’s on it, but when she heard it, she was like, ‘That’s me!’ She knows every word.”
From performing in front of thousands to sharing his music with his kids, it’s clear that Travis Scott is experiencing some of the most rewarding moments of his career—and his family is right there with him to witness it.
