BTS’ J-hope Surprises Fans with Two New Solo Singles Coming This Year

BTS rapper J-hope has exciting news for fans — he’s releasing two more solo singles this year, adding to the buzz from his recent collaboration with Miguel on Sweet Dreams.

During a livestream on Weverse on March 11, J-hope shared the big update, just days after dropping Sweet Dreams on March 7.

“Interestingly, all three songs will have different styles,” the K-pop star revealed, according to Yonhap News Agency. “While working on a new album, I thought about what kind of music you’d love, and the answer was simple — just ‘good music’.”

He also hinted that these upcoming tracks are shaping the direction of his next solo studio album, giving fans a taste of what’s to come.

Sweet Dreams is J-hope’s second music release since finishing his military service in October 2024. Before this, he teamed up with Don Toliver and Pharrell Williams for the single LV Bag.

Adding to the excitement, J-hope is also set to kick off his Hope On The Stage world tour, performing in 14 cities across North America and Asia from March to April. Fans in the Philippines, Japan, Singapore, and Thailand are among those eagerly awaiting his shows.

In a glowing review of his Seoul concerts, NME’s Rhian Daly wrote: “It’s clear he’s missed the stage, and here is where J-hope shines the brightest… showcasing his multi-faceted talents and burning more powerfully than ever.”

With new music on the way and a global tour lined up, J-hope is ready to make 2025 his year.
